Return and Exchange Policy

How do I return my order?

You may return any unapplied items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund ONLY if the return is a result of our error. (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

To Return:

1.Please contact us right away at support@lyferusa.com.

2. A return email will be sent to you confirming that we will be expecting your return. The email will also contain our address and an order number.

3. Ship your items!

Pack your items and be sure to include your order number on the outside of the package with our mailing address.

  2. An order number

    **  Customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning merchandise.

To Exchange:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the above instructions for a return, then you will need to go back to www.lyferusa.com and place a new order.

Credits on Returns:

You will receive email confirmation once your return has been received and funds added back to your account. Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 3 – 5 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
